I'm a certified relocation marketing and referral specialist. I've had the experience of working with several of the large relocation companies, including Cedant Mobility, Wiechart, Surva, Long & Foster etc... I've found that you need an agent that is willing to work with the "TEAM" approach while serving the clients needs.
My career is very important to me. I feel that doing the best job I can for the client also includes being as well educated as possible. That's why I've taken several different classes throughout the years to further educate myself and the client. The following designations speak for my passion to being the best educated agent and offering quality service to all I serve.
The GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation is earned after 90 hrs of class room training. It includes extensive marketing and selling training.
The LTG (Leadership Training Graduate) designation is earned after 60 hrs of class room training. It allows the designee to build leadership qualities that will help in the negotiating process of selling a client's home.
The PMN (Performance Management Network) designation is an extension of the LTG designation and it offers the designee up to date training on negotiating and networking that goes hand and hand in the marketing of a client's home.
The CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation is earned after several qualifications have been met along with additional classroom training. The designee has to have been in real estate sales for at least 5 years and sold over $5million in volume in one given year. There are less then 5% of over 1 million agents nation wide that hold this designation. This offers extensive technology training to the agent to offer the best media marketing for their clients.
To better serve my customers and clients I also earned e-PRO designation which is a National Association of Realtors designation. It trains realtors to do the best internet marketing possible. We all know how important it is in today's society to have the most exposure possible when trying to sell your home. It allows the seller to get their home sold faster and for more money.
